Does the price listed include an
imprint?
-All prices include a single color single position imprint unless
specified otherwise
Is there an artwork set-up charge?
-There is no set-up fee on select items. Please refer to product page for
details. We do
not charge a set-up fee for reorders within two years using the exact artwork from previous
order
Will I see a paper proof of my artwork?
-Artwork paper proofs are sent upon request. No order will proceed until a signed paper proof is faxed
back
Can I get keychain blanks and how quickly can they ship?
-Blanks are always available at a reduced cost. Call for pricing. They
typically ship within 1 to 3 days.
How many characters will fit in the product image
area?
-This will vary from product to product and by the amount of text you
have. We make every effort to fit your text within the product image area
indicated on the product page while keeping it legible. In most cases text
can be set on more than one line for large amounts of text. If you are not
sure about how your text will look please contact us for assistance.
Can our logo be imprinted?
-Yes. Logos can be printed alone or in combination with text on your
keychain. The
exception is when the logo contains too much detail for the size reduction
to fit within the product image area.
How do we get our logo to you?
-All original artwork should sent via email to
artwork@LaserEngravedKeychains.com
What file format should the artwork be
in?
-Artwork should be in Black and White and saved as either .TIFF, Adobe
Illustrator (version CS4 or lower), .EPS, .BMP or high resolution .JPG. We
accept both MAC and PC files.
What
fonts are available?
-We have hundreds of fonts available for printing. If a specific font is
not specified at the time of order we will set your type in either Arial
Round or Arial Bold in all upper or upper/lower case depending on the
amount of text and the product image area.
When will my order ship?
-Custom imprinted orders typically ship within 1 to 3 weeks. Blanks
typically ship in 1 to 3 days. Lead-time is subject to availability of
materials and/or artwork.
Are rush orders accepted?
-Rush service is available. Our 1-3 business day rush adds a 25% up-charge
to the per piece price plus Next Day shipping. Contact customer service to confirm details.
How much is shipping and handling?
-All orders are shipped Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless specified otherwise at time
order is placed. Actual shipping charges will depend on your location and
level of UPS shipping service: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day. Handling
charges range from $3 to $6 per carton. Contact us for an exact quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
-Payment can be made with any major credit card. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Alternatively, we can fax you an invoice
and you can mail in a check.
When will I receive a copy of my invoice and credit
card receipt?
-Copies of invoices are emailed within 1 to 2 days
after your order is shipped. You may request invoice copy to be faxed or mailed. |
